Hi voltabe line capa C3 C4 and (C75)

I just received my 200 rebuild kit, and I understand most of the cap substitutes, but I have a 170v power capacitor question before I proceed. The subject (69-71 Model 206 student) PCB has no C 75 or R74. it is slightly different than the manual's diagram examples in that the 2 42v rectifier diodes are mounted perpendicular to the heat sink. It is clear that the 3 x .33uF caps are replacements for C3, C4, and C75. The subject has 2 x .27uF in the supply. The question is, can the .33uFs be effectively used without the 3rd cap (C75) and R74?

As with a couple of my other posts I'm replying to my own questions now that I can. . .if anyone needs the info: the .33 caps are a fine substitute for the original .27s found in the older 200 series amps.
